
Cameron and his wife, Beverly, have two chldren and eight grandchildren. They have been involved in agriculture most of their married life as owners and operators of a dry farm in eastern Bonneville County. Cameron is a third-generation farmer. He is a real estate broker specializing in farms and ranches.
Cameron has been active in his community serving 12 years on the local school board and as a director on the Farm Credit Board. He served in the Idaho State House of Representatives for six years; two years as Chairman of the House Conservation and Resource Committee. He played a major role in writing the legislation that created the Office of Species Conservation. He served as the Fish & Game Commissioner for Region 6.
